Part One: Consumer Report's List of Worst Used Cars
ATTENTION: My great grandfather started in the auto business over 80 years ago, which means I was brought up hearing about cars all the time! Which is good for you, because I am now passing on the information.
The following article will reveal the most unreliable vehicles from model years 1998 to 2005 and alert you to those that have been problematic. This data is compiled by Consumer Reports and ConsumerReports.org readers from April 1, 2004 until March 31st 2005 (the next report comes out in April 2007). This is highly valuable and cost saving information, as you don' t want to buy a car with problems with the transmission or cooling system because these can be serious and expensive to repair. In this first part I will tell you the most unreliable used cars; in the second part I will tell you the most reliable used cars.
